We have had to take our pet here twice this year and they are terrific. They are kind and truly care for all furrbabies big & small. I recommend them to anyone who needs to bring their pets for care. They explain everything from procedures and cost. 5 stars!!

The staff is always very attentive and kind to my animals. If I ever had any concerns or issues they always recommend bringing them back to look at them or even help administer their medication. For an urgent vet they really care about their patients and give them the best care they’re able to provide. They are also very transparent about the price and always try to inform owners what may or may not be pricey. They do try to find cheaper but effective options that still provide great care. I love this place and my babies have always come out healthy when I couldn’t take them to their primary vet. 10/10 ❤️

These guys saved my girl from a serious health episode.. Very accomodating and nice, they were able to see her within 30 minutes and take care of her before it got more serious. Now, she's back and better than ever :) love live queen Kiki!!

I love taking my pets to Urgent Vet. The staff is always so kind and considerate. They answer all my questions, present costs up front and allow me the freedom to choose services without pressure. The only thing they might improve is wait times. Expect to be there at least a couple of hours when you go. Pricing is no more than it would be to take your pets to a regular vet. And their end of life care is a wonderful experience despite the heartbreaking moment it is.

Took my dog up here on a Sunday. First time visit and it was amazing. They really listened to my concerns, spend adequate time with my dog checking him over. Very friendly staff that honestly care about animals. I set up a check in time and had a private room with my dog where he could relax in quiet. Was able to leave with his meds. $$ Price is fair and honest, didnt feel ripped off. The bill was way less than I thought.$$ They even helped me with a list of vet clinics since he didnt have one. I would recommend this place for your pet 10Xs over! Thank you to the staff showing my dog love and the attention he needed.

I had no clue my Diesel was as sick as he was. Don’t get me wrong. I knew he was sick ,But I thought they would check him out & he could back home with me. All the employees we so respectful nurses came. in got some information on Diesel. I never felt like he wasn’t wanting coming home.until the time I spoke I to the female vet . She said down her voice was very calm. And she told me D had Cancer and this type of Cancer , had taken over my Big D’s I looked into these ladies and I could see her hurt for D She gave opinions. But Diesel was just to wear for them. So send him on to Glory was his best option . We love you Diesel . You were truly the best dog I have ever had.

Great service and attention to Mily. Dr Sophia Rybolt did outstanding job on removing Mily’s nail and that turned backwards abd packing her pad. Staff was very informative and help get Mily out of the car into room especially for her. Procedure went well and quickly. Discharge instructions given and medication time of discharge. Fees were told during visit. First visit at this emergency clinic and highly recommend them.

I had a crisis with my fur baby. A large dog running loose in my neighborhood attacked my miniature Schnauzer Sir Winston. It was so traumatic for him and me. Urgent Vet really stepped up and came to our rescue. Everyone there was so nice and comforting. His doctor took wonderful care of him and was very thorough paying attention to details. They comforted Winston and loved on him helping to relieve his stress. They tended to his many wounds and gave the necessary medicine and I took him home. I’m so thankful I found them. You could never go wrong taking your love one to them.

I took my cat Knight in when he became unexpectedly ill and his regular vet didn't have availability to see him. All of the staff who cared for Knight were so kind and compassionate to him. They reassured me and answered all my questions, and treated Knight like their own. The vets were all so thorough with assessments and explaining all of the possible causes. Prices were always communicated before any tests or procedures done. We ended up being recommended to transfer to the emergency vet for hospitalization due to his severity of illness. Unfortunately Knight became too sick after overnight at the ER vet and 2 weeks of trying to treat his infection. Knowing it was his time and not wanting him to suffer any longer, I took him back to UrgentVet for euthanasia. They brought us into a private room and were kind and understanding. We had as much time as we needed to love on Knight and tell him our goodbyes. They were so gentle and respectful during such a sad and difficult time. Knight was able to be put to rest with love and dignity. The kindness of the staff truly left an impact on me, and I will recommend UrgentVet to my family and friends for their fur babies.

I was so afraid last night when we had to rush my Great Dane to UrgentVet after she was attacked by another dog. The employees were pretty much waiting for us at the door and came straight out to the car to asses her condition. Sadly she had already crossed the rainbow bridge before we got there. They moved her to a gurney like thing and rushed her inside to try CPR on my sweet girl. We were taken through the beautiful and clean hallway to a room that was dimly lit and had a sofa and chair. Every little while they would check in on us to make sure we were comfortable. Everyone that came in the room was sincerely sorry that she couldn’t be saved. The doctor came in and she talked to us about Sugar and was so nice and caring. Another pretty girl came in and we talked about what to do moving forward. She told me about the different options and I chose cremation. With it being such a terrible and tragic visit, I feel like they were sincere and empathetic. I was very impressed and thankful for them. I said when we were leaving, but I would surely recommend them to any of my friends and family. Thank you all so much!
